Lock-Cutting and Lien Processing Program

Once your self-storage tenant's account goes into lien status, the tenant's lock(s) must be cut and their unit inventoried, This is where Florida Lock-Cut, Inc. comes in, and this is how our program works:

 F.L.C.I employee makes arrangement with facility manager when to arrive.
 Facility manager provides list of units to be processed.
 Tenant lock(s) on the unit are cut, and the unit door is opened.
 Unit contents are inventoried on to a facility specific inventory form.
 Digital photographs are taken of the unit contents and attached to the inventory form.
 Door is closed and a numbered seal attached to door hasp w/serial number on form.
 Inventory form w/photo is turned over to the facility manager.

Benefits of our Services and Protection for our Customer:

 Price is per unit, and is the same regardless of number or type of lock(s).
 If hasp is damaged during lock cut, it will be replaced immediately, no charge.
  Facility manager will accompany F.L.C.I employee as witness.
  F.L.C.I employee will not enter unit except to obtain VIN if vehicle in unit.
  Facility manager will lock unit with company over-lock.
  All materials will be supplied by Florida Lock-Cut, Inc.
  Florida Lock-cut, Inc. is Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.
